7.1 Asking people to do things

A wants B to :

1. lend him his bike - Would you lend me your bike?

2. bring him breakfast in bed - Would you mind bringing me the breakfast in bed?

3. wake him up in the morning - Do you think you could possibly wake me up in the morning?

4. pass him the newspaper - Would you mind bringing me the newspaper?

5. he looks bored? - Would you like me to sing?

6. he hasn't seen much of your town? - Shall I give you a tour of the town?

7. he's hot & tired after his journey? - Shall I show you the shower?

8. he dosen't know how to operate the record player? - Shall I show teach you how to operate the record player?

9. he's leaving, and it's a long way to the station? - Shall I drop you till the station?
